We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (PST) will be shipped out that day! (MON-FRI)

To be eligible for 1-3 day express shipping orders must be in before 9:00 AM (PST)

 If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or incorrect address information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 3-5 business days. *(Note: All Shipping addresses are verified through US Postal service, If you are unsure of your shipping address, Please refer to USPS.com, does not apply to international addresses)

Your ultimate satisfaction with MDUSA  is our goal! Therefore, we gladly accept a return and/or exchange of any item purchased at mdusashop. upon receiving it within 14 days of the purchase date—no questions asked.  Please be sure to enclose a copy of your invoice, and the reason for your return.

You have 14 days to return almost any mdusashop's purchase for a refund or store credit, as long as your purchase is still in saleable condition. While we cannot accommodate every return, we value you and will always be reasonable. We ask that you do the same.

SHIPPING COSTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED UNLESS THE ITEM IS BEING RETURNED BECAUSE IT IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE.

The estimated refund time is approximately 30 business days from the date we receive your return.   

To ensure a prompt and secure delivery, we recommend sending your return or exchange via United Parcel Service (UPS) or U.S. Postal Service (USPS) insured parcel post. We apologize, but return shipping fees are not refundable.

SECURITY CONFIRMATION:

Security confirmation may delay shipping times due to additional information required from customers in order to verify their purchases. This is another way we seek to create the most secure online shopping experience by preventing unauthorized purchases for our customers.

 Security confirmation may be required if any of the below criteria are applicable:

  • Billing address does not match the address on file with the credit card provider
  • Shipping address is different from billing address
  • Order total is greater than a designated value.
  • IMPORTANT NOTE TO ALL CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF USA:
  • We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on package coming outside of your country.
  • Tracking Your Order:
  • Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed (this may take up to 48 hours). You will receive a second confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped which may include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package (if applicable).
  • WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:
  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.
  • If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund.
